On the idle screen, carousel banners promote offers and pro-shop items. A player taps to begin, chooses Arabic or English with a single language toggle, and browses available items. The flow is designed to be self-explanatory, guiding first-time users through ordering without help from staff.
When the player is ready, they pay at the kiosk using NearPay card-present checkout, then collect a printed receipt. In-venue payments at the kiosk run through NearPay terminal integration, giving you true card-present checkout: tap-to-pay, contactless and chip. Each transaction records the terminal and the card type, the same NearPay rail used across Courtely's POS modes for cash handling, refunds, split bills and custom charges. This is contactless card-present payment at the kiosk, distinct from online checkout, which Courtely processes through the Moyasar hosted form for Visa, Mastercard and Mada.
Kiosk sales do not live in a silo. Every kiosk transaction lands in the same POS ledger as staff-rung sales, cash reconciliation, refunds and split bills, so your accounting stays whole. Receipt printing on every sale keeps a clear paper trail for the player and the venue alike, and staff can review activity from the POS at any time.
Courtely also keeps online and in-venue records in sync. A court booked on your website appears at the POS, and a sale rung at the kiosk reconciles against the same schedule, one schedule, one ledger, no double entry. To be precise: online payments are processed by Moyasar and in-venue payments by NearPay; the two rails are reconciled by Courtely's two-way booking and sales sync, not by a single shared processor.
